Terms of Service

1. Using Our Website

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your country of residence, to make a purchase. By using this website, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Prices & Currency

All prices on our website are displayed in GBP (£).

Prices shown are final at checkout, with no hidden charges added afterward.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to update prices at any time without notice, though changes won't affect orders already confirmed.

3. Order Fulfilment

Orders are fulfilled and dispatched through our logistics partner based in China. We handle the process on your behalf so there's nothing extra for you to manage — the price you pay at checkout is the price you pay, full stop.

4. Orders & Payment

You agree to provide accurate, complete billing and shipping details when placing an order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order where fraudulent or suspicious activity is suspected.

All payments are processed securely through our approved payment providers.

5. Product Information

We do our best to display accurate product images and descriptions. Slight variations in colour or finish may occur depending on your screen or device, and natural materials (such as wood, ceramic, or stone) may show minor variation piece to piece.
